If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your Parking Armor Bumper Protector please e-mail us at info@parkingarmor.com within 15 days after receiving product for a return authorization. Returns received without a return authorization number will not be processed. Include in your e-mail purchasers name/ address, e-mail address (used when placing order) order ID #, and a telephone number at which you can be easily reached. We need this information to locate your order.

Note: Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Upon receipt a refund will be issued minus the original shipping cost. Returns received after 30 days will not be refunded. Products must be returned in resellable condition in the same condition received. PRODUCTS THAT ARE DIRTY or DAMAGED FROM MISUSE or ABUSE WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
